Do you manage vacation rentals?
Our primary focus is privately owned second homes and properties, rather than traditional vacation-rental management. We work directly for property owners who want someone they trust to look after their home when they're away.
What happens if there's a storm or emergency?
When something happens, we're here. We can inspect your property, document damage with photos and video, contact you with what we've found, and help coordinate the appropriate vendors or next steps.
Can you prepare my home before I arrive?
Yes. We can coordinate services such as cleaning, linens, groceries, deliveries, HVAC settings, pool-related services, and other reasonable requests to help make your home ready when you arrive.
Do you provide concierge services?
Yes. Concierge services can include restaurant reservations, winery experiences, transportation, errands, deliveries, event coordination, and other requests that make your time in the Hill Country easier.
How much do your services cost?
Every property is different, so we don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. Service plans are based on your property's needs, the level of oversight you want, and the services you require. Contact us to discuss a plan tailored to your property.
What if I need something that's not listed on your website?
Our goal is to be your local resource when you can't be here. If you need something that isn't specifically listed among our services, let us know. We'll determine whether it's something we can appropriately handle or help you find the right local resource.
How often will you check my property?
Every property and homeowner has different needs. We can establish a schedule based on your property's characteristics, how frequently you visit, and the level of oversight you want. We'll work with you to create a service plan that makes sense for your property.
Do I have to live outside Fredericksburg to use your services?
No. While our services are particularly valuable for owners who live outside the area, we can also help local property owners who don't have the time to manage the details themselves.
Can you coordinate contractors and home projects?
Absolutely. We can help obtain bids, present options, coordinate scheduling, provide property access, meet contractors, monitor progress, document completed work, and keep you informed throughout the project.
