Hi, I'm Lee Deckard and that’s my beautiful wife, Sibyl.
I created Hill Country Home Stewards to give second-home owners something that's often hard to find: a trusted local person who can take care of the details when they can't be here.
A graduate from Baylor University, my background is in business analysis and project leadership, where I've spent years coordinating people, managing projects, solving problems, and turning complicated situations into organized solutions. I bring that same approach to caring for your home—communicating clearly, staying on top of the details, and treating your property like my own.
I’ve lived in the Texas hill country for 20 years and built Hill Country Home Stewards around a simple idea: you shouldn't have to be in town to know your home is being taken care of.
